In compliance with the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018, our products consist solely of hemp seeds that contain no more than 0.3% delta-9 THC by dry weight, thus exempting them from the Controlled Substances Act.  

Please note that all of our seeds are intended strictly for collectible and souvenir purposes and are only available to customers over 21 years of age.  We encourage our customers to follow all applicable state and local laws regarding the possession and use of hemp seeds.
